About our wedding photography

IG Photo Video Inc. is a team of wedding photographers and videographers based in the Chicago suburbs, photographing weddings for 16 years. We cover weddings in Chicago and across northern Illinois — Plainfield, Joliet, Lemont, St. Charles, Carpentersville, Yorkville, Itasca, Lake Villa and Hebron — as well as Milwaukee, Lake Geneva and the Wisconsin Dells in Wisconsin, northwest Indiana, and destination weddings.

The galleries above are real weddings at venues such as Warehouse 109, The BRIX on the Fox, Acquaviva Winery, Ashley Farm, Lehman Mansion, Providence Vineyard, Artifact Events and Ivy House. Couples choose one or two photographers, can add wedding videography and engagement photos, and receive sneak-peek photos within the first week and their full gallery online.

How much does a wedding photographer cost near Chicago?
The price depends on your wedding date, the number of hours, one or two photographers, and whether you add video. Saturdays in peak season are priced differently from Fridays, Sundays, weekdays and winter dates. Send us your date and we will reply with the exact price and the best package for your day.
Why do you show full galleries instead of a few best photos?
Anyone can show 20 perfect photos. A full gallery shows how we work through the whole day — getting ready, ceremony, family photos, portraits and the reception — in every kind of light. Each gallery here has around 100 photos; the gallery a couple receives is much larger.
When will we get our wedding photos?
You get a set of sneak-peek photos within the first week after the wedding, so you can share them right away. Your full edited gallery follows after careful editing; we will tell you the exact timing for your date.
How are the photos delivered?
Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, download and share them with family. Some two-photographer packages also include a USB drive and prints.
Do we need one or two photographers?
One photographer covers a smaller wedding beautifully. A second photographer lets us photograph both of you getting ready at the same time, catch both reactions during the ceremony, and cover guests while portraits are happening.
Where do you photograph weddings?
We are based in the Chicago suburbs and photograph weddings in Chicago, all over northern Illinois, Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin Dells) and northwest Indiana, and we travel for destination weddings.
Do you photograph cultural and same-sex weddings?
