Important information:
- Package Customization: The presented package is a sample, and we are open to customizing it to better suit your specific needs and preferences. Feel free to discuss any adjustments or additional services you may require.
- Start and end time: You can always adjust the start and end time closer to the event. You can change the package from 8 to 10 or 12 hours not later than 2 months before the event. If you order 2 photographers, they can start at different time, for example first start at 12 pm with a bride second at 2 pm with a groom
- Permits and Parking: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and covering parking fees associated with the photo/video session locations.
- Wait Time for Photos: The typical turnaround time for photos from a photo/video session is 2 – 4 months. An online version will be available within 1-2 months. Sneack Peek – 1 week.
- Booking Deposit: To secure our photo or video services, we require a 20% deposit of the total package amount. This deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The final payment is due one week before the scheduled event.
- Delivery Method: Your photos and videos will be made available online for easy download. Additionally, a USB drive containing the media will be mailed to you for your convenience.
- Video Re-editing Period: The client has a 15-day window, starting from the date of receiving the online version of the video, to request any necessary re-edits. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making adjustments based on your preferences.
- Fee/Taxes: Fee and taxes included in the price.
- Travel Fee: $2/mile from Rosemont, IL 60018 to the reception location one way if the distance is more than 50 miles.

- Rush Editing (2-week turnaround): $500. Fast-track editing for both photos and videos.

Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding photoshoots?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to celebrate your love and get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. When will we receive our wedding photos?
We typically deliver your edited wedding photos within 8 to 12 weeks. This ensures each image is carefully retouched to perfection, giving you a collection to cherish forever. You can ask for a Sneak Peek, and we will send them in the first week or two.
Do you provide a photobook or prints?
Yes, we offer professionally designed photobooks in various sizes (most popular 10×10 and 8×8), as well as prints and wall art. Do you shoot in multiple locations on the wedding day?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited location coverage, ensuring every part of your special day is documented—from getting ready to the ceremony and reception.
What is the booking process?
The booking process is simple: Sign the contract to confirm your date. Pay a deposit (20% of the package amount). The final payment is due one week before your wedding. You can use credit/debit card, quick pay Zelle, Venmo, check, cash.
Do you edit photos?
Yes, we color correct all your photos and professionally retouch all portraits in Photoshop to ensure stunning results.
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of photos depends on your wedding and package. For example, with 2 photographers covering 10 hours, you can expect approximately 800–1,400 photos. Every wedding is unique, and we capture as much as possible.
Do you have any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. You only pay the package amount. And travel fee $2/mile from Rosemont, IL 60018 to the reception location one way if the distance is more than 50 miles.
What’s your back-up plan if you can’t be at our wedding as planned?
In my 12 years as a wedding photographer, I’ve never had to cancel a booking. However, we have a team of skilled photographers who have been with us for over 3 years. If I’m unable to attend, an equally talented team member will step in, ensuring all your moments are captured flawlessly.
What is the deposit amount?

Will you work with our other vendors?
Yes, we collaborate seamlessly with your other vendors, including coordinators, florists, DJs, photographers and videographers, to ensure everything runs smoothly and your wedding is beautifully captured.

Of course! We encourage couples to share their vision and any specific shots or poses they’d like captured. We’re here to bring your ideas to life. We will ask you for the inspiration pictures before the wedding.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, we love destination weddings and are happy to travel wherever your love story takes you. Travel fees may apply, and we can provide a customized quote for your location.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive an online gallery for easy sharing and downloads. Additionally, we will send you a USB flash drive in a customized box, mailed directly to your address.

Do you have a certificate of insurance (COI)?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer several discounts: Book within the first 2 days of contacting us for 10% off. Sunday weddings receive a 10% discount. Winter weddings qualify for a 20% discount.
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
Typically, couples book us 6–18 months in advance to secure their date. However, we’ve worked with couples who book as early as 2 years ahead and as close as 1 month before their wedding. With our experienced photography team, we’re equipped to handle a variety of timelines without compromising quality.
