Important information:
- Package Customization: The presented package is a sample, and we are open to customizing it to better suit your specific needs and preferences. Feel free to discuss any adjustments or additional services you may require.
- Start and end time: You can always adjust the start and end time closer to the event. You can change the package from 8 to 10 or 12 hours not later than 2 months before the event.
- Permits and Parking: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and covering parking fees associated with the photo/video session locations.
- Wait Time for Photos: The typical turnaround time for photos from a photo/video session is 2 – 4 months. An online version will be available within 1-2 months.
- Booking Deposit: To secure our photo or video services, we require a 20% deposit of the total package amount. This deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The final payment is due one week before the scheduled event.
- Delivery Method: Your photos and videos will be made available online for easy download. Additionally, a USB drive containing the media will be mailed to you for your convenience.
- Video Re-editing Period: The client has a 15-day window, starting from the date of receiving the online version of the video, to request any necessary re-edits. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making adjustments based on your preferences.
- Tax: 4.75%. Prices do not include taxes.
- Travel Fee: $2/mile from Rosemont, IL 60018 to the reception location one way if the distance is more than 50 miles.
- Parking: If your wedding is in downtown Chicago/Milwaukee, we charge for parking: $40 per car/person. Many downtown Chicago and Milwaukee locations require paid parking or valet, and these fees are often beyond our control. To ensure our team can access your location/hotel/venue on time without delays, a $40 parking/valet fee per team member will be added for events held in downtown Chicago/Milwaukee. For exemple: you order 2 Photographers + 1 Videographer — $120
Why do you need 2 photographers and 2 videographers:
- Comprehensive Coverage: With multiple professionals, you can ensure that every significant moment, from the ceremony to the reception, is captured from different perspectives. This helps in creating a more thorough visual story of your wedding day.
- Cocktail Hours: While one team is focused on the couple, another can capture the reactions, and candid moments of guests, get guests interviewed, and capture the decoration of the banquet hall. This minimizes the chance of missing any crucial details or emotions during the event.
- Getting ready: During getting ready one photographer/videographer can stay with a bride and bridesmaid, and another photographer/videographer can stay with the groom and groomsman. If you order only one photographer/videographer we can’t be in two locations at the same time.
- Varied Styles: Different photographers and videographers may have their unique styles and creative approaches. Having a team with diverse skills can result in a rich and varied collection of images and footage.
- Efficiency: With two teams, tasks can be divided, making the process more efficient. While one team focuses on formal shots, the other can capture spontaneous and candid moments.
- Backup: In the unlikely event of technical issues or unexpected circumstances, having a second team provides a built-in backup. This ensures that there’s always a professional capturing the moments, even if there are unforeseen challenges.
- Enhanced Creativity: Collaboration between multiple professionals can lead to more creative ideas and innovative shots. Different perspectives contribute to a more visually interesting and compelling final product.
